Rental Policies & Agreement

Clients must review rental policies before submitting a booking request. An agreement will be emailed with your invoice for your electronic signature.

Included Café Tab

• Prior to your rental time and after your invoice has been paid, you will receive an electronic gift card by email that will serve as your included café tab.
• You may add additional funds for your group in the reservation form at booking.
• Gift cards may be used either day-of your event by ordering at the café counter, or for online pre-order specials (due 4 days before your event).

Dedicated Space

• Depending on availability, your group may be adjacent to areas shared by coffeehouse customers.
• Please be mindful of your group's volume and family-appropriate behavior.
