I need some extra time to set up decorations, can I come in a little early?
The rental start time is the time you have access to the space. You may not begin setting up, nor bring in/store decorations, prior to that time.
If you need additional minutes before your start time, you may request to add hour-long increments at the hourly rate. Please contact our staff to add rental time.
What type of cleanup do I need to do after my event?
Our staff will take care of general cleanup after your rental time ends. To help us out, please do the following before you leave:
- Reset tables and chairs to their original locations
- Remove ALL decorations and any tape used on walls and windows
- Gather all trash and recycling into bins
My meeting is of a sensitive nature, is there a private group space available?
Our Dedicated Small Group Space is semi-private and adjacent to other coffeehouse guests. If your group requires private rental space, please reserve the Private Fairview Rental.
What if I have a Small Group reservation but the upstairs Fairview Parlor is already rented out?
As CF&G Public Market is a community hub, we may have multiple bookings at the same time. Folks with a Private Fairview Rental receive top priority for the use of the Fairview Parlor space, while we set up a dedicated small group space in the café area to accommodate your needs.
I have 11 people coming for a small club. Do I need to reserve a table?
While we are thrilled to host your small group, our table reservations are free for up to 10 people. If your group exceeds this number, please reserve the Dedicated Small Group Space at a reasonable hourly rate, which includes a gift card to order food or drink.
How do I know when the space is available?
You can check the live availability for Private Events, Small Groups and Cafe Tables via this online reservation dashboard.
Once you submit a date request, the system will send you confirmation and your date will be reserved.
Is there a discount on food and drink with rentals?
Reserving at CF&G Public Market gives you access to our Gathering Menu which offers group rates and discounts on many café items, such as coffee, tea, specialty pastries and light fare.
These items must be ordered at least 4 days prior to your reservation date.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
CF&G Services LLC does not hold an alcohol permit and therefore cannot provide alcohol for consumption on its premises.
The following are non-exhaustive examples in which clients would violate Colorado law for the consumption of alcohol in a public place (as clarified in Bulletin 18-05 from the CO Liquor Enforcement Division)
i.e. You may NOT provide alcohol for your event if:
Sales of alcohol beverages take place, including...
- Charging a fee in exchange for anything that includes alcohol beverages.
- Soliciting or accepting any money in exchange for providing alcohol beverages, even if it is called a “donation.”
- Soliciting or accepting anything of value in exchange for alcohol beverages.
The event is considered a public event, including...
- Invitations for an event are made through public or some forms of social media, and the event is open to anyone to attend.
- The general public may attend
Clients are 100% responsible for adhering to all state and local alcohol laws.
How do I access the space at my reservation start time? Is there ADA access?
There is an elevator available to access the 2nd floor of the CF&G Public Market.
Table Reservations & Small Groups are assigned throughout the Public Market seating areas. Please notify our team when you arrive and we will show you to your reserved table(s).
Private Events are hosted in the Fairview Parlor, located inside the CFG Public Market. The parlor is accessible by both interior and exterior stairs AND an elevator. If renting after hours, there will be a staff member on site to unlock the doors and monitor entries.

Do you offer catering options? May I bring my own food, drinks or desserts?
Order from our Gathering Menu for group specials on coffee, libations and food.
Private Event Rentals Only: Our in-house catering capacity is limited and therefore private rental clients are welcome to bring in their own foods and drinks beyond what we offer.
For outside catering suggestions, just ask and we can recommend many local, small businesses that can serve your event needs.
